Yes. The TENCEL™ blend cover on the SleepMaker ComfortTemp FusionGel Pillow is zip-off and machine washable for easy care. The pillow inner can be gently spot-cleaned, but must not be washed in a machine, saturated with water, or cleaned with harsh chemicals. Thoroughly dry the foam before using the pillow again.
